FIRST AND FOREMOST, EVERY REVIEW HERE IS FROM A VERIFIED PUMP CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT OUR PRODUCTS. Challenge any business that you consider buying from about potential fake reviews. They're considered "misleading and deceptive" by the ACCC and can result in fines and other serious consequences. Ask companies in writing whether any of their reviews are written by people who have not purchased the product.


Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a customer loyalty metric introduced by Harvard Business Review. NPS has been widely adopted by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies.

NPS is calculated from the response to a simple question: How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend?

Every Pump customer is asked this question by an independent survey institution 21 days after ordering. 

We use the resulting NPS score and feedback to continuously improve our products and service.  For comparison, our score is currently 47 which reveals the 4/5 star graphic you see above.
