Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a loyalty metric developed at Harvard and adopted by two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies.

NPS is calculated from the response to one simple question: "How likely are you to recommend us to a friend and why?"

Every Pump customer is asked this question by an independent survey institution 21 days after ordering. 

I use the resulting NPS score and feedback to continuously improve my products and service.  For comparison, our score is currently 39 which reflects the 4/5 star graphic you see above.
