Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a customer loyalty metric introduced by Harvard Business Review and has been widely adopted by two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies.

NPS is calculated from the response to a simple question: How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend?

Every Pump customer is asked this question by an independent survey institution 21 days after ordering. 

I use the resulting NPS score and feedback to continuously improve my products and service.  For comparison, our score is currently 47 which reveals the 4/5 star graphic you see above.
