Are your products Vegan?

Yes! All Pump Haircare products are vegan friendly and never tested on animals. We are PETA Certified Cruelty Free and never permit third-party animal testing on our products.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Always! Pump Haircare products are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and our Tubes are sustainably made from Sugarcane, with zero carbon footprint!

The packing peanuts in every Pump parcel are made from rice and corn. They are biodegradable, but it's best to dissolve them in running water.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! We can invoice you for a credit code and email you a pdf with the code on it to send out to the recipient.

The Value Packs are also great as gifts if you'd prefer to order one of those, just simply apply the gift recipient's shipping details and it will be posted with care straight to them.

Do you have Samples or Travel sizes?

Yes, we include free samples with every order!

Where are Pump products made?

All our products are created, formulated and manufactured in Australia.

Are the products safe for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Absolutely! All Pump Haircare and Body by Pump products are safe to use when pregnant or breastfeeding. However, please consult your doctor prior to use, if you have any concerns. 

Is Pump safe for children?

Yes! All Pump Haircare products are safe for children. We now have a range that is made specially for kids with Curly hair.

Can I use Pump Haircare with my extensions?

Yes, all Pump products are safe to use with extensions. If you have tape in extensions, avoid applying any oil based products directly on the tapes. 

What products are Curly Girl Friendly?

The entire Curly Girl Range is Curly Girl approved! Completely free from silicones and perfectly formulated for curls.

Our other CG Friendly products, include the Hair Growth Shampoo, Liquid Gold Growth Oil, Derma Hair Growth Roller, BioGro Serum, Mermaid Lengths Spray, Blonde Shampoo and Mask, Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner, Anti Frizz Shampoo and Mask, Moisture Shampoo, Repair Conditioner, Scalp Therapy Shampoo, Ocean Waves Spray and Thickening Powder.

If you are not following the CG Method strictly, all our products will work fine in alternation.

How do I know what products are right for me?

Are Pump Haircare products colour safe?

Yes, all of our hair care and styling products are 100% colour safe.

Pump products contain no sulphates or SLS, so they won't dilute or strip any colour from your hair.

If you have coloured hair, check our our Blonde range.

Can I use products from different ranges?

Yes! Our products don't contain any of the typical filler ingredients you find in generic hair care products. This means all our products will work better together. Mix and match produts from different ranges for more customised results.

Are Pump products Gluten Free

The following Pump Haircare products contain "Wheat Proteins", however if you have a Gluten Intolerance please read the ingredients of each product carefully.

Does Pump use synthetic fragrance?

Absolutely not! Synthetic fragrances are known to be incredibly drying to the skin and hair so we only use natural essential oil blends to make our products smell delicious!

What if the products aren't right for me?

We completely understand that everyone's hair behaves differently, and we want you to look and feel your best.

If you feel that the products you've purchased aren't working for you, please let us know by sending us an email at support@pumphaircare.com and we'll get back to you with a solution!

I did not receive an order confirmation, was my payment successful?

Firstly, best to check your email address was entered in correctly on the order. We also suggest checking your spam/junk mail as our emails may sometimes end up there!

Still not there? Email support@pumphaircare.com and we can check your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've paid?

Our packing team work fast to ensure your parcel is dispatched quickly. Please email support@pumphaircare.com to enquire about making any amendments to your order.

I put the wrong address in! Can I change it?

Please email our support team with your order number, as soon as you notice an address error support@pumphaircare.com

If your parcel has already been dispatched we can contact the postal carrier for you!

Why was I charged twice?

We understand that this may happen from time to time, depending on your payment method and bank.

You will not be charged twice for your order, in most cases, you will see this as "pending" transaction on your bank account, this means one of the transactions was not cleared by the bank. The amount will be reversed back to you within 2-5 business days.

Checkout says "cannot be shipped to your country" ?

As much as we'd love to share all our products with the world, unfortunately some of them cannot be shipped internationally

The following products are not eligible for international shipping: Pump Texture Hold Spray, Pump Dry Shampoo, Pump Blonde Lift Dry Shampoo & Pump Sirena Waver.

If you're having trouble at checkout, remove these items from cart and try again.

Do I need an account to order?

You do not need an account to order.

With an account you are able to save your payment method and address for a faster checkout on your future orders. You can also easily access your order history and tracking data!

My discount code is not working, what should I do?

Please ensure you copy + paste the code exactly as you received it from Pump! Codes found on foreign discount sites have no association with our brand and will not work.

Keep in mind, you are only able to use one code at a time. If there is a promotion running, credit or discount codes cannot be applied on top of already discounted orders.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders ship from Sydney, Australia (GMT+10). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched first thing Monday!

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email to follow for updates.

Please allow 4-8 hours for the tracking to update from the initial scan.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes AU/NZ wide and international orders being sent through the Pack and Track service.

For international orders being sent with DHL Express a residential or business address is required.

Will my package be charged customs and import fees?

Please check your governments local requirements on importations before placing an order from our site.

Depending on where you order from, you may be responsible for any charges that may apply to you from customs.

Please note that Pump cannot accept responsibility for customs duties/taxes.

I received my parcel but it is missing a product!

Our apologies! We take extra care when packing your orders, however we totally understand that sometimes an item may have been forgotten at the packing stage. Please email our support team at support@pumphaircare.com with your order number so we can help!

My parcel has been marked "delivered", but I don't have it?

We take extra care in making sure your parcel arrives to you on time and in one piece!

However, sometimes the postman can get confused..we recommend asking your neighbour/flatmates if they've accidently recieved it, as 9 times out of 10 this is the case of the missing parcel.

If you still cannot find the parcel, we're more than happy to track it down for you , please email us at support@pumphaircare.com and we will lodge an enquiry with the postal carrier

I haven't received my order yet, is it delayed?

We work to get your Pump order to you as quickly as possible, however we understand there has recently been some distruptions in the Australian postal network, so we thank you for your patience if there are slight delays.

Sometimes international parcels can get held up at customs, we do everthing to avoid this, however this may also impact delivery time in some cases.

Standard Shipping includes tracking and is FREE for orders of A$75 and over, otherwise A$6.95. Standard Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. For more precise delivery estimates, just enter our Sydney 2000 postcode and then your postcode where prompted on this Australia Post delivery estimates page.

Express Shipping orders include tracking is FREE for orders A$130+, otherwise A$12.95. Express Shipping typically takes 1-2 days. Express Shipping orders placed before 3pm Sydney time and delivering to metro areas will typically arrive the next business day. Express Shipping orders to Western Australia and regional areas will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. For more precise Express Post delivery time estimates to your location just enter our Sydney 2000 postcode and then your postcode where prompted on this Australia Post delivery estimates page.

UAE Post Standard is 70 Dirham and takes 1-2 weeks.
