Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any purchases. 

What happens if I decide I don't want the products I ordered BEFORE I USE THEM?

No problem. Just send your products back in resaleable condition (unopened and unused) within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit (postage not included). Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form - see below for how to request one.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the results from using the product?

There are various factors that may contribute to your results. Individual results vary as we state on each product page of the website. We do not offer a refund for products once you have used them. Please choose carefully.

**Products that cannot be returned:

The Pump Derma Hair Roller, Silk Range and any of our Hair Brush or Shampoo Brush products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

What about if the product is faulty, or is not what I ordered?

In this case, we're happy to provide a replacement, exchange or store credit, Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

How to return products:

Please contact us at support@pumphaircare.com to initiate a returns form, which you'll need to print and fill out and send back with your products. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form.

You'll then need to send the products back in their original condition via a trackable postal or courier service. Please note that your return must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
