At Pump, we want you to love your products, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and exchanges work.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any purchases.

Returns  Before Using The Products

If you decide your products aren't right for you, you can return them unused & unopened within 7 days of the delivery date. We will happily provide an exchange or store credit (postage not included).

Returned items must be received in the same condition you received them, so please ensure they are packed securely to avoid damage in transit. 

To start a return, please email us at support@pumphaircare.com - we'll provide you with all the details, including the return address and instructions. 

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If You're Not Satisfied After Using The Product 

Everyone's hair is unique, and results can vary due to a variety of factors. As noted on each product page, individual results may differ. We do not offer refunds on products once they have been opened, so please choose carefully. 

Products That Cannot Be Returned (For Hygiene Reasons)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Pump Derma Hair Roller 
  • All Silk Range 
  • Hair Brushes & Shampoo Brushes 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we're happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit. 

If your order was placed over 2 months ago, we will only offer a store credit instead of a replacement or exchange. 

How To Return A Product

Email us at support@pumphaircare.com to let us know you'd like to return an item and why. We will then provide all of the details needed for the return to be accepted.

Send your items back unused, unopened, and securely packaged. When returning the product, please send with a service which has tracking information. We ask this to safe guard your self in case the products are lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
