"SO SAD! I loved this brand so much but when they did their rebrand i think the also changed their formulas. The leave in conditioner used to do wonders for my hair but since the rebrand its only dried it out. I tried sticking with it anyway to see what would happen but started noticing more breakage so i had to stop. Very kind customer servicr reps and i love the company’s dedication to low carbon emissions and green packaging. But bummed about the change for sure."
