How do Auto-Replenish subscriptions work?

You have the option to receive products delivered automatically to your door every 30 days. Simply checkout via the auto-replenish button on a product page and we'll look after the rest.

You'll receive your product/s as well as a free 30ml Liquid Gold.

Can my order include products that I want as a auto-replenish and also one-time-purchase?

Yes, absolutely! For example, you can place an order which includes a Curly Girl Conditioner delivered every month, along with a single one-time purchase of a Curly Girl Shampoo.

Feel free to mix and match your order in whatever way works best for your needs!

Can I have more than one Auto-Replenish active at a time?

Yes, you may have more than one auto-replenish active at any time. For example, you may have a auto-replenish that is delivered on the 1st of each month and another one delivered on the 15th of each month.

Cancelling your Auto-Replenish

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click the Manage Subscriptions tab, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a Cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.

Updating Billing Information

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.

Update Shipping Address

Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

What happens when a product runs out of stock that I have in my subscription?

Your subscription will not be shipped off until the product is back in stock, and you won't be charged up until that point.
