Reward Program T&C's

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the Pump Haircare Rewards Program ("Rewards Program"). By signing up and participating in the Pump Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Rewards Program, you must be a registered account holder on the Pump Haircare website. 

2. Reward Program Tiers:
The Pump Rewards Program has three tiers: Apprentice, Junior Stylist, and Senior Pro. Your tier is determined by your cumulative spending over a 12-month rolling period, meaning you must maintain your spending to remain in your current tier. Spending thresholds for each tier are as follows:

Apprentice: $0 - $299AUD
Junior Stylist: $300 - $599AUD
Senior Pro: $600AUD +

3. Points and Spending Period:
Points earned in the Rewards Program are based on your eligible spending. Points are awarded as follows:

Apprentice: $1 = 1 point
Junior Stylist: $1 = 1.25 points
Senior Pro: $1 = $1.5 points

4. Redemption of Points:
You may redeem your points for store credit or free gifts. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on the Pump Haircare website. Free gifts are subject to availability and will vary over time.

5. Expiration of Points:
Points earned in the Loyalty Program will expire after 12 months from the date they are earned. It is your responsibility to monitor and redeem your points before they expire.

6. Order Changes and Refunds

In the event that you need to make changes to an order or request a refund for a purchase, please note that any rewards points earned from the original purchase will be automatically adjusted or removed accordingly. Points are tied to the purchase amount, and any changes to the order total will reflect in your Reward Program point balance. If a refund is processed, the corresponding points earned for the refunded amount will be deducted from your Reward Program account. We aim to process order changes and refunds efficiently and ensure that your Reward Program points accurately align with your adjusted purchases. 7.Refer a Friend:

When you refer a friend to Pump Haircare, you will be awarded 1000 rewards points upon a successful referral. To qualify, your friend must make their first purchase using the unique custom link provided through your rewards account, and their purchase must total $120AUD or more. Your friend will also receive a $30 discount on their first purchase when they meet the spending requirement. Please note that abuse of the referral system may result in the removal of earned points and discounts. Pump Haircare reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time. Referral points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. 

8. Changes to the Rewards Program:
Pump Haircare reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these changes.

9. Termination and Suspension:
Pump Haircare reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Rewards Program at its discretion if it believes you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason.

10. Privacy Policy:
By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

12. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pump Haircare regarding the Rewards Program, supersedes all prior agreements, and may only be modified in writing
